Gaur people

"Largest wild cattle species in India and Asia (I think). Very caring and aristocratic creatures, can be very scary in close quarters. They can weigh up to a ton and be 6' tall and can usually jump 7 foot fences. They also happen to be browsers and not grazers and spend considerable amount of time browsing for the right plant they want."
